Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute new office design concepts through schematic planning, interior and architectural design, detail drawings, material specifications and scheduling
  • Designs office environments that achieve brand quality standards and meet individual corporate budgets and clients requirements
  • Manages the production of construction documents by designers and consultant
  • Develop and detail innovative concept design guidelines
  • Provides clear, effective and timely communication of design direction and changes
  • Identifies exceptions, proposes design solutions and resolves issues

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar qualification
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in workplace design, ideally in Asia
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong capabilities to work individually and in a team
  • Passionate about Interior Design and delivering the best performance
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP and Photoshop
  • Fluent in English, with Cantonese highly preferred

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide direction to design team, responsible for execution of design documents and manage site quality standards & site progress
  • Provide active support to design team in their specific live projects to ensure proper execution and timeliness, troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledgeable in Interior Contracts and budget estimation
  • Collaborate with client and construction to establish project budgets and ensure costs are controlled
  • Work closely with corporate Manager & Design Director concerning overall design direction and vision
  • Lead a research and development process for all new furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, signage, and beyond

Requirements:

  • Qualified training in Interior Design / Architectural Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Retail Design field
  • Able to co-ordinate with project from conceptual design, specification and negotiation stages to job completion
  • Experienced on site co-ordination with Consultant and Sub-contractor
  • Proven Portfolio in Corporate and Retail Design Development
  • Experience in Design Presentation, Development and Implementation
  • Creative Leadership and experience in mentoring Project Team

Corporate Manager / Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify potential business opportunities to meet business targets
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients
  • Deliver professional client services at all stages of the business cycle
  • Liaise with the internal parties to prepare outstanding tender proposals fulfilling the clients’ needs and ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent (relevant experiences in similar industries will also be highly counted)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the similar industries
  • Strong knowledge and acute sense in market trends
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate or candidate who has less experience will also be considered as Marketing Executive being the internal trainee of the Marketing Department, in which holistic training program will be provided
